Cold store:
Ven Poultry B.V. has a number of large modern cold stores, with a storage capacity of around 4,000 tons. The cold stores also feature a number of rooms which are covered by an EEC certification.
The certifications are: poultry certification NL-5664 EEG, Red meat certification Holland-525 EEG, cold store certification K-525.
The products are kept frozen at a temperature of at least -22 degrees, which prevents any activity by deleterious microbiological elements, bacteria etc.
